“Networking” “Crossing” Digital Photomonta “Networking” “Crossing” Digital Photomontage Oh Youth!!! Two early works when I was learning to meld my own image with trees. These two underlying self-portraits were in reality taken from earlier years as I was initially very uncomfortable showing or using my image as I actually appeared. So I started with photographs taken years before. Over time I am a bit more brave. I think of my work as a statement in resistance to culturally held beliefs. I still have discomfort but I mostly ignore it and carry on.
